At Darrington Physical Therapy, we believe your healthcare should be in your hands--not dictated by insurance companies. You deserve a provider who sees you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis code or a single body part.
Our patients come to us because they're tired of dealing with the limitations, delays, and frustrations of the traditional healthcare system. They're motivated, proactive, and ready to invest in superior care that delivers real, lasting results. If that sounds like you, then you are in the right place.

Brent is not your average physical therapist-he's a movement expert, problem-solver, and relentless advocate for his patients' success. A native of Idaho, Brent has spent his career helping athletes, weekend warriors, and active individuals overcome injuries, rebuild strength, and return to the activities they love. His journey has taken him through Idaho, Washington, Oregon and even a couple years in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico; giving him both a diverse perspective on healthcare and fluency in Spanish (and sarcasm).
During college, Brent became a Certified Athletic Trainer and travelled all over the US with both college football and basketball teams. He earned his Physical Therapy degree from Idaho State University in 2004, worked for Columbia Physical Therapy in Washington and Oregon for about 8 years before opening Darrington Physical Therapy in Dallas Oregon in 2012. His expertise spans sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and injury prevention; making him a go-to specialist for those who want to recover quickly and completely.
Brent is known for his patient-centered approach, blending manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and corrective movements strategies to create innovative, at-home exercise regimens. He believes rehab shouldn't stop when you leave the clinic, so he equips his patients with the tools to stay strong and injury-free long after treatment ends.
When Brent is not in the clinic, you'll find him skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, or on the occasional canoe trip-often alongside his wife, Becky, and their five adventurous kids. Whether in the mountains or the treatment room, Brent is all about helping people move better, stronger and pain free.
