Insurance Options
At Darrington Physical Therapy, we’re happy to bill most insurance companies as an out-of-network (OON) provider. Before your first visit, we can verify your OON benefits and give you an estimate of what your out-of-pocket costs may be.
Because we’re not in-network with any insurance companies, many of our patients choose to self-pay and take advantage of our discounted cash-pay rates when paying at the time of service.
We also accept motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims through personal injury protection (PIP) coverage, as well as Worker's Compensation claims for work-related injuries.
Please note that we are not participating Medicare providers.

Will You Accept My Medicare Coverage?
Darrington Physical Therapy is currently Non-Participating with Medicare. This means that we cannot bill Medicare Part B, Secondary or Supplemental insurance coverage for physical therapy.
The U.S. government has some rather interesting, specific laws regulating where Medicare beneficiaries can use their healthcare benefits and encouraging providers to participate in their system. Since we are not participating Medicare providers, we can only treat Medicare beneficiaries if they choose not to bill Medicare for any physical therapy services. This decision must be made voluntarily and upfront by the patient.
In other words, if you're a Medicare beneficiary and strongly prefer to receive care at our clinic despite our non-participation with Medicare, we can help--but only if you explicitly request that Medicare not be billed or involved in your treatment.
If you wish to use your Medicare benefits for physical therapy, we are unable to provide treatment. However, we're happy to assist you in finding a qualified Medicare provider in your area.
